We are looking for a Finance Operator / Company Administrator with a range of skills to take over the day-to-day running of the finance and account operations from the company directors.
Working with the company directors and our senior financial consultant, you'll be managing all invoicing, payroll, financial reporting, forecasting, budgets and company admin including companies house, HMRC and other statutory activities.
We are a looking for a resourceful, highly organised self starter who is willing to communicate with team members, clients and media owners about invoice and payment queries.
This is a practical role but as a small company there is scope to develop our financial processes to assist with the growth of the agency. An attention to detail is key but also a creative instinct to help drive this growth.
You will have some experience of working in a corporate environment and are looking for the next step.
You will be forward looking and prepared to research and trial new technologies and processes to assist with company targets and efficiency.
