The successful candidate will have the support of senior management, as well as everyone around them in the exciting lean agency setup. Duties

  • Working closely with the Client Services Director and auxiliary teams to support goals via Affiliate marketing
  • Complete tactical and operational tasks that support the Affiliate marketing strategy for both (offline and) online marketing
  • Introduce and recruit publishers for Scale clients using the impact.com platform and off-platform to find suitable publishers for our brands
  • Monitor affiliate program activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
  • Understand and work with the client to identify and develop growth strategies in the performance channel and elsewhere (search, social, etc)
  • Create, develop and maintain relationships across all key Scale Affiliate, Influencer & Brand partnerships
  • Identify new media partner opportunities to support the wider Account Management & Partnerships team
  • Monitor existing partnership activity and assist with regular overviews to maximise partner output
  • Supporting client pitches, QBRs, and meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the impact.com (Scale's exclusive tracking provider) Customer Success, Sales & Partnerships team
  • Liaising with the Tech team to ensure no drop-off in activity with media partners
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Scale's suite of tools (e.g. Monday.com and impact.com) to deliver role responsibilities
  • Travel as required for QBR's and other client meetings
  • Enjoy some travel - mainly the impact.com offices. Client travel will be largely UK-based

You will have

  • A passion for Performance Marketing and a desire to innovate within the space to create a market-leading suite of programs
  • Possess strong organisational skills for multi-tasking and prioritisation of daily tasks whilst working to tight deadlines without compromising on quality
  • An analytical and detail-oriented approach to problems
  • Advanced proficiency with Office products (we use Google Workspace)
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Previous experience in other marketing channels (e.g. Mobile, Influencer & Social Media) is an added bonus
  • A generally positive outlook & curiosity to life
